Well, we are in Catania, lively city, young and very promising, and we have the most beautiful and comfortable hostel on the Island, and among the most beautiful and comfortable in Italy. Our style is very thorough, recalling the '60s and pop art. Full of colour, full of life!

We provide all the essential services and more: a double-workspace kitchen, attached dining room, breakfast room (breakfast is only 3€), living room, TV, internet point, WIFI, laundry with washing machine and dryer, and it’s a disabled-friendly.
Comfortable hostel with clean and bright rooms.

Our hostel is also in a very strategic location: only 5 min. walk from both the train and the bus station, close to Via Etnea (main street for your shopping), the historic centre is reachable in just a few minutes walk. The wonderful Feria (Largest open air market in Italy) and the Bellini Theatre are both just around the corner.

Our spectacular building dates back to the 19th century and it is one of the most elegant in the city with an astonishing view of the Volcano Etna.

Our hostel is in a very strategic position: only 5 min. walk from both

your shopping), the historic centre, the fantastic Fiera (Largest
open air market in Italy) and Bellini Theatre are just around the
corner.
Our building dates back to the 19th century and it is one of the most
elegant in the city with an astonishing view of the Volcano Etna.

Walking in the city, you can see archeological digs and learn more
about the previous ancient cities (Greeks, Romans..) underneath the
actual city. Like most of Sicily, Catania is renowned for its
beautiful Baroque city center, for its landscapes (seaside and Mt
Etna), history (Greeks, Romans, Byzantines, Arabians, Normans,
Spanish, etc..) and of course the mediterranean weather.

Catania is also the cradle of theater and musici making it a great
place to stay by day and by night. In the day, when the sun shines,
the city's Baroque palaces, and their glistening black lava and white
limestone dominate the view. When the evening comes, the clubs open
and the squares fill up with people.

How to get there

From the airport:
Take the bus 457. The bus stop is about 100 meters on the right in
front of the old airport. Make sure you buy a bus ticket from the
machine in the airport first.

You will reach Catania in 15/20 minutes.

The stop to get out at is Catania Centrale Railway Station.

It's about 3-5 minutes walk to the Hostel.

To get to the Hostel from the station:
Opposite the railway station to the left, there is a small street
called 'via Marchese di Casalotto' (make sure you don't go down via VI
Aprile, on the hard left), follow it to the end and you will arrive in
Piazza Falcone. The Hostel is in a building opposite a beautiful old
church.
