Description - Villa

The Villa is situated on the crest of a hill with outstanding views in every direction.

The accommodation can be rented as PRIVATE or divided into two units which are both very well furnished and appointed to a high standard:

At 'Dei Mori La Massa' the apartment 'Sage' is a generously sized apartment which comprises very large living area with luxury well equipped kitchen area including large fridge / freezer, stainless steel hob, double sink, full size stainless steel oven and microwave.

A feature of Sage is the quality of light and the extensive views from every window. The cost of this is 110 EURO per night on a self-catering basis, with a SPECIAL WEEKLY PRICE of 660Euro
There are terraces and guests are very welcome to enjoy the extensive grounds.

The 'Dei Mori La Massa' is open year round and we would be pleased to offer you accommodation,

There are three (3) an attractive bedrooms with large wardrobe and cupboard with its own doorway to the pool side.
The luxury bathrooms have a shower with cubicle, W. C. with bidet shower and wash hand basin.

At 'La Massa' there are no immediate neighbours and the private wooded grounds extend to over an acre with many picnic and sunbathing places where one can find utter privacy, tranquility and relaxation.

A car would be considered very desirable in order to fully exploit all that the area has to offer

'La Massa' has a well furnished living room with a sofa which converts into a double bed which allows the Villa to sleep up to 6 people there is also a wood-burning stove for the cooler evenings. .

12 metre "L" shaped swimming pool with a good length for swimming and space for sitting and relaxing in the water.

There are extensive sun terraces furnished with hardwood sun beds, tables and chairs

A fully self-contained Villa - briefly the accommodation comprises:
  Very large living room with comfortable sofa, chairs and occasional furniture. There is a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings, satellite TV with DVD with a home theatre sound system we are pleased to loan DVD discs from the wide selection we have available. There is also a CD playing facility. The flooring is in Tuscan tiles with rugs.
  The kitchen area is superb all new and beautifully fitted with microwave, full size hob and built in oven, electric kettle, food processor with all the usual crockery and utensils the whole being to a far higher standard than the usual holiday accommodation.
  There is a dining area off with solid hard wood table and chairs.
  The three (3) bathrooms are large and well fitted with big shower cubicle, WC bidet shower and wash hand basin with mirror again, the floor is finished with Tuscan tiles.
  The three 83) bedrooms are large with solid hardwood floors. They can be set with two single beds or one queen bed, occasional table and chairs and a large wardrobe. Further sleeping accommodation is provided in the large sitting room.
  Towels and bed-linen are provided and the accommodation is cleaned prior to arrival.

The whole place is centrally heated and there is a wood-burning stove for the cooler months. The views are one of the main features of the house with spectacular vistas from every window.

Guests enjoy the privacy of their own private entrance.
