Habiamos reservado habitación unos diez días antes de viajar. La gente parecía muy amable por teléfono y nos dijeron que sin problema nos guardaban una habitación doble con balcón. No tuvimos que dejar seña y eso me gustó (en muchos lugares de Italia se arregla la reserva de palabra). La cuestión es que cuando ya estabamos ahí, después de recorrer toda la ciudad y descubrir que no quedaba a 5 minutos como me había dicho su dueña, llegamos al edificio, que no tenía ni cartel, ni nombre del B&B ni nada. Preguntando a los vecinos (nadie conocía nada), decidimos llamar por teléfono para que me atienda la misma mujer con la que había hecho la reservación y me cuente un cuento chino de no sé qué problema con el baño. En resumen, ni se acordaba de la reserva y para peor me largó un rollo increible de que tenía problemas con el baño. Corolario: Ni disculpas ni nada, a buscar otro hotel o B&B corriendo. Un desastre. El sitio por fotos no pintaba mal. Sólo que los dueños son un auténtico desastre y faltos de compromiso.

At first, we were quite shocked, turning up at Cerdena Rooms with our confirmation email but they did not know anything about it, claiming HostelTravel did not contact them. But the staff was more than eager to help and we got the room we specified. It was clean with high ceiling and very spacious. We were very happy. The service was also great. It's close to town centre, just 5 min walk and superb pizzeria is just nearby. We were a bit disappointed with breakfast though...
